Green Gables Beach Resort is a well- established motel in the heart of
Osoyoos. Currently, we are looking for two cooks who are efficient and interested
in teamwork to add to our team.

Job Description
Main Duties:
- Prepare and cook all kinds of meals or individual dishes and foods,
- Clean the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule and restock work
areas and ensure proper stock rotation,
- Assist in training kitchen staff,
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers,
- Assists with special event menus,
- Create and maintain inventory of food ,supplies and equipment ,
- Weekly and monthly reporting to managers,
- plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food
requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
Qualifications
& Skills:
- 1-2
years of related work experience will be required.
- Completion of secondary school is
required
