Position: Cook

Wage:$15.20 ~ $16.20 per hour

Hours: 35 ~ 44 hours per week

Job Duties:

-Preparation of traiditional Korean meals for our customers (Korean grilled meats, dumplings, bibimbap, bulgogi, noodles and more)

-Supervision of kitchen operations

-Training other kitchen staff 

-Keeping records of kitchen inventories, 

-Planning menus by determining the food portions and estimating food requirements and costs

-Ensuring that all kitchen sanitation and safety standards of this restaurant.
