Job Title: Assistant Manager (NOC: 0631)
Work Location: 9950 Main Street #300, Lake Country BC V4V 2T9
Salary: $1750.00 bi-weekly
Number of positions: 2
Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons restaurant.
• Assisting with leading and managing restaurant operations with visible enthusiasm while ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction;
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Monitoring service times, staff/customer interaction, food quality and preparation, and restaurant cleanliness continually to ensure that operations standards are being met.
• Monitoring staff performance, equipment use and maintenance.
• Ensuring all company policies, legal requirements and Health & Safety standards are met
Job Requirements/Skills:
• Completion of college diploma or degree is required
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Minimum two years of work experience required in the similar field.
• Must be prepared to work under pressure
