Location: Kamloops, BC

Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30-40 hours per week

Qualifications: 

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required.

- Completion of secondary (high) school is required.

- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook in a restaurant is required.

Job duties:

- Make soup, boil noodles and prepare ingredients for Japanese Ramen noodle;

- Prepare, cook, and present Japanese style fried dumpling and Garlic Pork Rice Bowl;

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and order them as needed;

- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;

- Schedule kitchen staff;

- Clean kitchen and work areas;

- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
