Position: Liquor Store Supervisor

Wage: $18.40 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

- Responsible for supervision of staff to meet requirements

- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the business’s standards

- Maintain specified inventory and supply shortage

- Maintain and monitor all appropriate reports including closing till worksheet according to standards

- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

- Organize and distribute staff work schedules

- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

- Resolves potential confrontational issues when dealing with intoxicated individuals, shop lifters, or those attempting to obtain liquor illegally
