Salary: $35,000 per year for 40 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in a related field and 1 year to less than 2 years of related work experience in a restaurant, OR several years of experience in food preparation or service are required
- Work experience in Japanese restaurants and having knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an asset
Job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
- Estimate and order beverages and supplies;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of TOUHENBOKU;
- Establish work schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management if required;
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys if required;
- Report operational issues to management if required;
- Maintain records of beverages and sales;
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff

- Ability to Supervise: 16-20 people
- Workers Supervised: Cook (general), Food and beverage servers, Kitchen and food service helpers
