Rate: $28.85 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Permanent employment, Full time

Day, Early Morning, Morning.

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment

Responsibilities:

Tasks:
-Requisition food and kitchen supplies
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas
-Prepare and cook meals for crew members
-Short order cooking and food preparation
-Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
-Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
-Food safety/handling skills

Credentials:

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate

Experience and specialization:

Cuisine specialties: Vietnamese cuisine

Product inspection experience: Meat and meat products

Manufacturing sector experience: Food

Additional information:
