We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to join our team. Job Description
**Main Duties:**

**Culinary Creativity and Menu Development**
- Lead the development of high-level menu strategies that cater to diverse customer preferences and budgets.
- Engineer innovative and appealing menu offerings that reflect current culinary trends and showcase the unique identity of our establishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.

**High-Level Kitchen Management**
- Oversee kitchen leadership, including sous chefs and other key personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory effectively, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

**Business Strategy and Financial Oversight**
- Take a lead role in budgeting and financial planning related to food operations, working closely with department heads and finance teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency, analyzing cost data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with direct reports to align kitchen operations with overall business objectives, driving growth and maximizing revenue.

**Staff Hiring and Training**
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks, to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence.
- Develop training programs and mentorship initiatives to foster skill development and career advancement within the kitchen team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to culinary excellence.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong culinary creativity and menu development skills, with a demonstrated ability to design innovative and marketable dishes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Solid understanding of business strategy and financial management, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Driver's licence and clean driving record.
